Christopher Scott founded StratoNet in 2017 to meet enterprise customers' specific needs in carrier and vendor management. StratoNet provides the best-in-class solutions from multiple vendors, all managed by them. With 20 years of experience in solving customer needs and owning a wireless company, Christopher realized that his company could offer customized solutions that were carrier and vendor agnostic.
He is a technology enthusiast, a respected leader, and advisor in his field. In his free time, he likes to work on customer needs. Additionally, he enjoys spending time with his family, managing his office in Mexico, fishing, and snorkeling.
Kelsey Penhale

Kelsey Penhale joined StratoNet in 2019 with more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Kelsey specializes in managing customer relationships, escalations, and business operations. She has been responsible for managing the growth of multiple channels for large enterprise vendors and delivering solutions and implementations for Fortune 500 companies. Kelsey's leadership in delivering best-in-class implementations and problem resolution has earned her high respect in the industry.
Apart from her professional responsibilities, Kelsey is also a mother and balances her family and work life efficiently. During her leisure time, she enjoys sipping mimosas in Mexico!

Roger has joined StratoNet in 2022, bringing over 20 years of experience in telecommunications sales. He possesses a wealth of knowledge in designing and delivering customer network and voice solutions. With a career spent working with local carriers on small, mid-sized, enterprise, and government accounts, he is well-versed in catering to the diverse needs of customers across different verticals and sizes.
As father to one and grandfather to a puppy he enjoys time with family, being outdoors backpacking, kayaking and biking while living a healthy lifestyle.
